Life Is Good! BREAKING NEWS The first painting class, hosted by Rosalie Shriver, drew a good number of folks.  The class ran from 9:30 until 12:30 on January 11th with 14 in attendance. Four ladies, from another art class, have graciously donated their time to help get our class up & running.  The other 10 were Mainlands  residents who are already artists, and others who want to learn a new technique.  We shared our love of painting, showed our work & enjoyed a social cup of tea/coffee with yummy sweets.  We watched a video with Artist ~ Helen Van Wyke ~ and the technique she uses called UNderpainting. They plan to continue the classes for the foreseeable future on Tuesdays at 9:30am in the Unit 3 clubhouse.  Anyone with a love of art and painting is welcome to drop in.  Questions may be directed to Rosalie at 578-3690.
